This could include those experiencing financial hardship, or people who are struggling with other things such as health, disability, or age-related vulnerabilities.
Utilities Disputes provides a free and independent dispute resolution service for electricity, gas and water complaints, and disputes about access to shared property for fibre installations – but can also help clarify issues, talk through the options available, and guide people to the right place.
