Get Connected

This form is designed for requesting new network connections where an extension is required, but can also be used to request other things like moving or burying our equipment.

We're working on customising the form further, but for now, you can state "n/a" or select any option if the question doesn't apply to what you're looking to request.
For new connections, all questions are applicable.

Once we receive your request and confirm what's needed, it can take up to two weeks to provide a quote to you.*

The process to install a point of supply can take up to 6-8 weeks once payment is received.*

Before proceeding, please scroll down to the bottom of this page to check our current status.

Before the final livening of your connection, you'll need to have signed up with an electricity retailer in advance.

If you're not sure who to choose, Powerswitch can help.

We'll need some technical info from you around the required supply type and size.

If you don't have this, please consult a qualified electrician first.

Vegetation may need to be cut back or removed to allow this work to proceed.
