How to report an outage
If you want a new electricity connection, and there is no available point of supply on your property boundary, we will need to build one.
You can make a request for this work here, but before you do, here are some things you may need to know before you start:
Once we receive your request and confirm what is needed, it can take up to two weeks to provide a quote to you.*
The process to install a point of supply can take up to 6-8 weeks once payment is received.*
Before the final livening of your connection, you will need to sign up with an electricity retailer. You can find a list of retailers here
You should consult a qualified electrician before making a request, as we will have some technical requirements
(i.e. How many phases? What size amps? etc.)
Vegetation may need to be cut back or removed to allow this work to proceed
